(aprox 1 pires de xicara de cha cheio)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;100 gr de abobora cabotian (aprox. 1 xicara de cha cheia de abobora em cubinhos)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;50 gr de abobrinha tipo italiana (Aprox. meia xicara de cha de abobora em cubinhos)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1 colher de cafe rasa de oleo (usei de oliva)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Temperos variados, usei alho porò bem fininho, salsinha e cebolinha, pimenta vermelha e açafrao.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Refogue o alho poro com o azeite e o açafrao, ponha na panela fria para nao saturar o azeite demais ta, ai acrescente o frango desfiado, da uma mexidinha, e as aboboras picadinhas, coloque agua ate cobrir tudo, mas nao um aguaceiro, jogue a sua pimentinha vermelha que depois vc vai pescar no final do cozimento, deixe cozinhar em fogo medio e tampado ate os vegetais ficarem macios, nesse ponto acrescente cebolinha e salsinha fresca picadinha, Sirva com um punhadinho de queijo ralado ou nao. rende 2 porçoes generosas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;O peito de frango eu temperei com alho, cebola, alecrim, oregano, gengibre, e limao (eu faço um mix de temperos toda semana que eu guardo em potinhos na geladeira e é otimo pra temperar carnes) deixei marinar da noite para o dia na geladeira, no dia seguinte cozinhei em agua na panela de pressao com uma folhinha de louro, ai desfiei meu frango e guardei desfiadinho e congelado para qualquer coisa. Retire o miolo de cada rodelinha, as sementes mais precisamente,&amp;nbsp; polvilhe sal&amp;nbsp; dos dois lados e deixe descansar uns minutinhos, nao exagere com o sal. Pegue uma latinha de atum de sua preferencia, ou sardinha o que quiser, eu fui de atum ao oleo de oliva,&amp;nbsp;+ 1 colher de cream cheese misture tudo, no meu caso eu escorri o atum, acrescente uns cheirinhos verde&amp;nbsp;e&amp;nbsp;pimenta a gosto da comadre, ai é so rechear&amp;nbsp;o pepino, nesse ponto as batatas ja estao prontas. se usar o caseiro meça 3/4 de um copo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 colheres de leite.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;5 colheres de oleo , eu usei de girassol.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 colheres de mel.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 ovos.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;220 gm de açucar cristal, eu usei o &lt;a href="http://www1.folha.uol.com.br/folha/colunas/nutricaoesaude/ult696u64.shtml"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #663300;"&gt;demerara,&lt;/span&gt;
